Shipping
Purchased goods are shipped by courier to the address specified in the order after receiving information about the payment.
- Delivery time is up to 5 business days from the day of shipment, standard waiting time is 3 business days.
- Cost of delivery within Poland – 9,99 PLN
- Cost of sending by parcel machine – 9,99 zł
- Cost of delivery to EU countries – 80 PLN.
Returns
- You can return the purchased item, without giving any reason, within 14 days of receiving it.
- Returned product should be packed in original packaging, make sure that it has attached original paper tags, returned item can not bear any trace of use – this is a condition for acceptance of return. Returned package must be accompanied by the received receipt and printed and completed return FORM.
